Tamarindo's Antares Schooner Sailing Ship sets sail daily from Tamarindo beach Costa Rica, weather permitting. Daily tours meet at El Pescador Restaurant at 12:45pm on the beach.

Antares is family owned and operated by long term residents of Tamarindo.
Captained by Dr. Hermes with many years of sailing experience and having set sail from Argentina with a sextant under sailpower; ended up in the Caribbean. There he met his wife Candy who assists onboard. They now have 5 children of which the eldest two also crew on the Antares.
Previously being a treasure-hunter, the Antares was aquired in Panama and sailed back to Tamarindo. Share a magical experience aboard this beautiful 80 foot Schooner.
